How about Adam Carolla getting set to go on “Dancing with the Stars”? That is wild! The Ace Man is in for a good spring… being on DWTS debuting on March 17th. How about that sweet piece who is gonna teach him how to dance… Juliette something or other…who cares, the chick is smoking! Then, Adam’s movie, “The Hammer” is released on March 21st…I’ve seen the flick…it’s very good… funny and kind of heartwarming. Ozzie is excellent in the role of…hmmmmm… Ozzie!

Get the new issue of Penthouse magazine. There is a great story on Adam in the mag…as well as a good article and pictures of Danny Bonaduce! Tonight is a Conway and Whitman broadcast from the suite at Staples Center for the Kings hockey game.

Speaking of sports…I’m going to Vegas next week, and I’m going to bet on the Lakers to win it all. Not a bandwagon move…but the Lakers look amazing…are you a fan? If not, become one…the new arrival of #16 Pau Gasol is the most amazing pick up of all time.

Next week, we take the morning show on the road to Vegas. Book a room at the Palms Hotel and meet up there…

Gotta love these three day weekends!  President’s Day is Monday…. and it’s always cool to get that extra day off.  We’ll still be here serving up the hot talk…so enjoy.Good week at the FM Talk blowtorch….  The Carolla broadcast at the playboy mansion was a home run!  Knight Rider premiers this Sunday with a two hour movie on NBC, so they asked us to host this party.  Hasselhoff, Hef, the girls next door…and other celebs were there for the event.  Check out the pictures on our web site.  The Leykettes were body painted with the Knight Rider logo…and they looked incredible.  As Program Director, it’s my job to make sure the girls look good in body paint..  so as you can see, I’m into quality control.  Hope you get a chance to go to one of our parties at the mansion this year.  Next up, will be the Tom Leykis Summer Splash this July…Tom Leykis kicked ass on Valentines’ day.  I think this is one of his greatest weeks….when he “gets under the hood” on the holiday.. and shares his thoughts with his hundreds of thousands of fans…  Oh, and how about Teresa strasser getting engaged.  Cool… I think there’s a picture of her diamond ring on the Frosty, Heidi and Frank web site…  Big news coming to the Carolla show this Monday… don’t’ miss that… and Bonaduce is back on Tuesday from a quick trip “down under” for some TV work..Me?  Off to golf tomorrow at Tierra Rejada…and Monday at a club in the west valley…  Have a nice weekend…  Thank god for Abraham Lincoln!  Peace

I’m back…and this time it’s personal! Got to admit, the thought of blogging give me the willies…it cuts into my myspace time, but I realize you all like to hear “thoughts from the corner office’….so I will try to keep you up to date on the happenings at the station.  First off, it’s been a quick start to the new year.  I think Adam Carolla is fast becoming the best morning show in Los Angeles. Not saying that because I have an ex wife and two kids counting on his success.  I just think that there is nothing like it on the air …and the ace man is one funny mo fo!  Kind of miss Bonaduce in the mix, but as Adam and I discussed, this lineup gives him a chance to stretch out…and bring Teresa Strasser more into the limelight.  (she is damn talented).  Tuesday night, Adam is back at the Playboy Mansion for another live show…  must admit, Hef’s house is perfect for parties…hope you get a chance to attend one of our events up there.  I fear that when Hef passes away, they might do away with that beautiful parcel of land for parties…but until then, “everybody in the grotto”!Went to the Grammy’s courtesy of Westwood One…the people that help us with “backstage at the grammys” each year. Thought the show was excellent… mostly because of the hot chicks!  Beyonce is f’ing hot!  Alicia Keys and Rhianna are amazing…I’d even work that Carrie Underwood if I liked country music….  Oh, and Fergie???  en fuego.  As for Amy Winehouse, yikes!What a mug…. that’s a face only a proctologist could love… but the music is cool.  Musically, my favorite part of the night was the Foo Fighters live on the street across from Staples center…  that’s a rock band. Coming up this month of the FM Talk blow torch… we’ll be back at Staples Center for a Conway and Whitman broadcast from a Kings suite…That’s always a good time…and on Feb 28th, Adam Carolla live from the Palms hotel in Vegas.  Drive or fly to sin city and party with us.  It’s free to the public…and we do the show on Thursday night to play back on Friday morning… Good times… more soon.
